NetCloud Manager (NCM) credentials are used for access to the NetCloud API portal.

If you need to change your NCM password, use the Change Password feature on the NCM login page.

Use these steps to access the NetCloud API portal.

1. Login to NCM at https://accounts.cradlepointecm.com
2. Click the TOOLS link in the left-side navigation panel.
3. Scroll to locate the NetCloud API section on the TOOLS page.
4. Click the API Portal link.
